Will we ever see a player as good as Payet in a West Ham shirt?

We know he left under a cloud of accusations from both sides and no one knows the true story, so don't let his departure cloud your opinions.
Will we ever see a player as good as Payet at West Ham? I am worried that we have been to the zenith with Payet and will never have the pleasure of another Payet.

I think Lanzini isn't far off already. Has a fair few years to reach his peak yet, so hopefully he'll still be around when he does. Absolutely superb player who'll do a lot more with a few more players on his wavelength.

The same Di Canio who would not play outside the M25 and regularly did not bother playing at home.
East to hate on Payet but let's not forget the season he had with us. Different level that season to Di Canio.
